Amid all the Covid 19 problems Cooly Rocks On managed to go ahead in 2021. Yes some of the favorite events like the Street Parade and the Cruise did not happen but that did not dampen the spirits of those who attended. It was still a great event and we will be back next year. Enjoy the pictures.
