Matt's Diner

In June we went on a lunch run to Matt's Diner at Lake Macquarie. There were about 20 people, and 14 cars. Matt's Diner is decorated in 1950's style. We all had a great day out.

​Mountains to the Sea

The last week in August Manning Valley Cruisers' Mountains to the Sea run was again held at Smugglers Cove Holiday Park in Forster. It is a great weekend, On Friday night they have a meet and greet and sausage sizzle, Saturday morning, breakfast is supplied, and we then travel to Taree for a show and shine on the banks of the Manning River. Saturday night they had the presentation, dinner then auction and a live band for the dancers. Sunday morning breakfast is again supplied before some head home and for those who stay a little longer, they have barefoot bowls. They had about 110 entrants this year and it is a great weekend which is sadly over too quickly, However, we will be back next year to this fantastic event.
