​Wintersun 2.0

Wintersun 2.0 was held the weekend before Cooly Rocks On at Murwillumbah in New South Wales. The event is held at the Showground and visitors are charged to enter and view the vehicles. We went on the Saturday and they had over 300 cars on show and the entrants looked like they were enjoying themselves with plenty of traders and food stalls but the public numbers while we were there would have been a disappointment. Non the less it was a good show and we enjoyed ourselves.

Cooly Rocks On

Cooly Rocks On held in Coolangatta each year was a little disappointing last year so we decided to check out Beachfest this year and headed north on the Friday before the weekend of Cooly. On the Thursday before we left the cars started rolling in and the stalls were set up. It was obvious that this year was going to be a good year as the setup already looked better than last year and the cars on the streets seemed to have increased from the previous year. From those who attended this year we know that this event was the best for over four years and the crowds were as always fantastic. Here are a few photos taken on the Thursday before the event.
